Operations partner for BidKlar
BidKlar is being developed to support tender decisions. We are looking for someone to help build its operations: turning documents into a traceable working basis and making that workflow dependable.

Help design the workflow from preparation through to a reviewed report.
Carefully review and structure requirements, source references and open questions.
Write clear follow-up questions and next steps, and feed practical experience back into the product.
What would be a good fit
You work carefully, write clear German and can turn complex documents into concrete next steps. Experience with tenders, B2B workflows or operational quality assurance would help. We also want to understand how you approach unfamiliar work.
How we would work together
This is a freelance opportunity, not an advertised employee position. We will discuss scope, compensation and responsibilities together. BidKlar is still in development; building its operations is part of the work.
